Built From Experience Working With Drivers
Hi, I'm Aliya Alexander.
I previously worked in truck dispatching, and one of the things I enjoyed most was working directly with drivers.
I also saw how much owner-operators are expected to figure out on their own—especially when it comes to paperwork, freight billing, factoring, and everything that happens after a load is delivered.
As I learned more about freight billing, I recognized an area where I could provide meaningful value: helping carriers organize their load documents, identify missing information, and prepare stronger billing packages.
I know the general problem I want to help solve. What I don't want to do is assume that every carrier experiences the same problems or wants the same type of assistance.
That is why I want to hear directly from owner-operators and small carriers before finalizing the service.
What Type of Assistance Are We Exploring?
Freight Billing Consultation
Help understanding the freight billing process, factoring options, required documents, and possible gaps in your current process.
Single-Load Assistance
Help reviewing and closing out an individual load—especially when paperwork is missing, something unusual occurred, or additional documentation may be required.
Ongoing Billing Support
Regular third-party assistance for carriers who would rather have someone help manage the paperwork and billing process across multiple loads.
The final services, pricing, and included support are still being developed with input from carriers.
From Delivered to Properly Billed
The planned core service is designed to help move a completed load through the standard billing process, whether the carrier bills the broker directly or uses a factoring company.
You handle the road. Aliya helps close out the load and manage the billing process.
We Don't Want to Build This Around Assumptions
Every carrier operates differently.
Some drivers prepare and submit everything themselves. Some depend heavily on their factoring company. Others work with dispatchers, office staff, or outside service providers.
Some only need help when a load becomes complicated. Others would gladly hand over much of the paperwork every month if the service were dependable and fairly priced.
Your input will help us understand:
- Where carriers experience the most paperwork friction
- Which tasks they would feel comfortable outsourcing
- When per-load assistance would be useful
- Whether ongoing monthly support is wanted
- What carriers consider fair and reasonable pricing
The goal is to create something that works for both sides: useful support for carriers and a sustainable service that can be delivered consistently.
